こちらでは、やまなみが制作した作品を販売しています。
作品はすべて、日々の生活の中で少しずつ、無理のないペースで制作しています。
たくさん作れるものではありませんが、心の底からすてきと思える素材だけを選んで、楽しく制作しています。

なつかしいおとぎ話を読んだときに心からあふれてくるような、うっとりとした気持ちや不思議な気持ち、わくわくする気持ちを、
ふわふわのあみぐるみやきらきらのアクセサリーなどのかたちに仕上げていく作業は、私にかけがえのない満ち足りた時間を与えてくれます。

作品たちが、ご覧になってくださるみなさまのもとでも、
日常の中にひっそりとまぎれた夢のかけらのような存在になれましたら、とても嬉しいです。

Each item is made slowly and gently, at a pace that fits my everyday life.
I can’t create a large number of works, but I choose only materials that truly delight me and enjoy every moment of making them.

When I create—whether it’s a soft, fluffy amigurumi or a sparkling accessory—I feel the same sense of wonder, excitement, and quiet enchantment that comes from reading an old fairy tale.
Bringing those feelings into a tangible form is a small but deeply fulfilling happiness for me.

The name Empty Emerald City comes from...
I’m an adult hikikomori living in Japan, so I won’t—or need to—go to the Emerald City from The Wizard of Oz.
Even at home, I enjoy making handmade crafts and sharing little joys with friends I meet online and with my husband.
This name reflects a tiny imaginative world full of playful wonder, right here in the real world with us.
